1. Website and legal documents
21.hk is operated by INTELLIGENT CLOUD LIMITED (智能雲有限公司). This notice covers website materials and acceptable service use. Paid services also follow the Terms of Service and the terms accepted with the order. Website information is not legal, financial or other professional advice; product facts, prices and service promises must nevertheless be accurate. A general disclaimer does not cancel orders or liabilities arising by law.
2. Intellectual property and links
Website text, design, branding, software and documentation belong to us or their lawful owners. Third-party marks do not imply a guarantee. Use materials within legal and licence permissions, without infringement, impersonation, misleading affiliation or bypassing access controls. External providers are responsible for their linked content; a link is not endorsement and does not remove our legal responsibilities.
3. Prohibited conduct
Do not use services for activity contrary to applicable law, including unauthorised access, DDoS or other attacks, malware, phishing, fraud, unlawful or unauthorised spam, copyright or privacy infringement, unlawful disclosure of personal data, or assisting those activities. Lawful security testing requires appropriate prior authorisation from the target and relevant service providers. Do not interfere without authority with other customers, upstream networks or platform resources.
4. IDC responsibilities
Customers must lawfully obtain and manage software licences, business content, end-user permissions and security configurations, and follow bandwidth, traffic and resource limits disclosed at purchase. IP address and network resource use follows the order; do not assume permanent ownership or unrestricted resale rights. We process customer content only as necessary to provide and protect services and do not acquire ownership by hosting it.
5. Abuse reports and proportionate action
Rights holders or affected persons may report issues by ticket, telephone or post, identifying resources, timing, the issue and the basis of their rights. Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information. We will assess the circumstances, take necessary and proportionate restrictions for credible security or unlawful-use risks, and preserve or disclose necessary records as law requires. Where practicable we will notify affected customers and offer a review or remedy route. An unverified allegation alone does not automatically justify forfeiting payments or deleting all data.
6. Liability and commitments
We do not claim a “final right of interpretation”, unlimited arbitrary suspension or immunity from all loss. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud and other non-excludable liability remains. Other exclusions or limitations must comply with Hong Kong law and applicable reasonableness requirements. This notice does not diminish confirmed orders, the Refund Policy, SLA commitments or non-waivable statutory remedies.
7. Law and version
Hong Kong SAR law applies and disputes may be brought before competent Hong Kong courts, with mandatory consumer rights preserved. Version and existing-order safeguards follow the Terms of Service. See the Privacy Policy for personal data handling. Use the contact details above for clarification; this notice does not require waiver of complaints or legal proceedings.
