1. Parties and scope
These Terms are between you and INTELLIGENT CLOUD LIMITED (智能雲有限公司, “we” or “us”) for the 21.hk website and cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation, racks, networking and related IDC services. Read the applicable terms before registering or ordering and expressly confirm them where requested. Anyone ordering for an organisation must have authority to do so. Merely browsing the website does not mean agreeing to purchase a paid service.
2. Orders and service scope
Locations, resources, bandwidth and traffic limits, IP allocations, delivery conditions, billing cycles, charges and any Service Level Agreement (SLA) are those disclosed and accepted with the order or in a written contract. Applicable third-party software, data centre and carrier rules must be disclosed. If we cannot deliver the order, we will notify you and discuss correction, an alternative or a refund. A unilateral website edit does not retrospectively reduce confirmed service entitlements.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate, necessary account and contact information, keep it current, and protect passwords, keys and authentication tools. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly through a support ticket. Responsibility follows each party’s fault and applicable law; account misuse does not automatically make you liable for every loss. Any identity checks must be proportionate to service, payment-risk or legal requirements and follow the Privacy Policy.
4. Charges, renewal and termination
Website prices and invoices are denominated in HKD (Hong Kong dollars, displayed as HK$); the order determines the amount, cycle and disclosed additional charges. This update does not change existing order amounts. Automatic renewal follows settings you actively enable and may be disabled under the customer portal rules; disabling it does not reverse a completed renewal. Non-renewal may lead to suspension or resource release under disclosed product rules. You may request termination or decline renewal under the order; termination does not automatically cancel charges already lawfully incurred.
5. Acceptable use and customer data
You and authorised users must not attack networks, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, engage in phishing, fraud or unlawful spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy, or breach disclosed resource limits. Also read the Legal Notice and Acceptable Use Policy. You retain rights in lawful customer content and grant only the processing permissions necessary to deliver, maintain and secure the service. Obtain the rights needed to process that content and maintain access controls, updates and independent backups. Basic hosting is not an independent backup service unless the order includes one. Our data-protection and contractual duties remain.
6. Maintenance, suspension and recovery
We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of planned maintenance. Actual security risks, material breach, overdue payment or a lawful order may require necessary, proportionate action. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy; after emergency action we will notify you where legally and safely possible. Non-emergency termination, retention, export and deletion follow disclosed rules. Back up before resource recovery. Charges during suspension, unperformed services and remedies follow the order, Refund Policy and law, rather than a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
7. Refunds, cancellation and SLA
Eligibility, the scope of the seven-day application period, exceptions, amounts, channels and processing times continue to follow the Refund Policy and product rules applicable at purchase. Existing SLA or compensation commitments are not cancelled by these Terms. The seven-day policy is a commercial offer for expressly eligible products, not a representation that every service has a statutory seven-day cooling-off period in Hong Kong. These Terms do not prevent lawful refund, correction, complaint or other remedies.
8. Liability and statutory rights
Responsibility follows the contract, fault, causation and applicable Hong Kong law. Any existing restriction on indirect or consequential loss may be relied on only where lawful and where applicable reasonableness requirements are satisfied; it is not a blanket exemption. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Backup duties, third-party failures, maintenance and force majeure do not automatically excuse our own breach or negligence. An affected party should take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. Restrictions governed by the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) must satisfy its requirements.
9. Privacy, intellectual property and notices
Personal data is handled under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and our Privacy Policy. Website, trade mark, software and documentation rights remain with us or their lawful owners; ordinary service use transfers no such ownership. Account notices, orders and tickets may be electronic. Keep contact details current. The effect of electronic records is determined by applicable law; electronic form alone does not invalidate them or prevent you challenging their accuracy.
10. Versions and changes
Published on 20 October 2026, this version applies to new agreements entered into after appropriate notice and acceptance. Existing orders remain subject to their applicable version and agreed terms. Material changes require reasonable advance notice and consent where law or contract requires it; continued browsing alone does not retrospectively change charges, refunds or liability. Chinese and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Contact us for written clarification of any discrepancy; disputes are not decided by a unilateral “final right of interpretation”. Invalidity of one provision does not affect independently operable provisions or reduce statutory protection.
11. Hong Kong law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A support ticket may help resolve a dispute in good faith, but negotiation is not a precondition to legal proceedings, regulatory complaints or urgent relief. Either party may bring a claim before a competent Hong Kong court, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights or jurisdictional safeguards under other applicable law. Contact us at +852 62683418 or the postal address above; account and order enquiries may also be submitted through customer portal tickets.
